A press event without paperwork.

Anyone who has organised a press event knows the spreadsheet. It says who has accepted and who hasn’t, who arrives when, who would like to drive the blue car at ten and who the red one at eleven. It is emailed out, amended, sent back and amended again. On the day, it lies printed on the table and is already out of date.

tesserio replaces that spreadsheet. We developed the platform for press drives in the automotive industry. But it fits wherever guests are invited, looked after on site and supplied with material afterwards.

Every guest gets a personal link instead of a form. They register on their phone, book photo and video shoots and, where cars are involved, their slot including a car. That becomes a badge with a QR code, digital on the phone or printed. On site, the team scans the code and sees the name, photo and what has been booked – no other data. After the event, post-production uploads each guest’s material. The guest gets a message and finds their photos and videos in their personal event guide, together with the material for everyone.

Because personal data is involved, tesserio is built strictly. All data stays in the EU, with a German provider. The QR code contains only a random number, no name. There is no facial recognition. And 30 days after the event, the material is deleted automatically.
